This job is key to client relations as it centres around protecting new Villa Group members and ensuring that they understand every facet of their Villa Group timeshare contract. VLOs are the individuals who meet clients after they first decide to invest in a Villa Group timeshare and review their contract.
VLOs Work on Behalf of the Developer
Though they perform many duties, the Verification Loan Officers who work for the Villa Group primarily represent the developer, that is the Villa Group Timeshare division, in order to make sure that members understand all the benefits that are available to them through their membership. This is a role which requires high levels of honesty, diplomacy and attention to detail as well as excellent people skills; a VLO must be conscientious and thorough if they are to maintain the standards of work required by this prestigious role.
Training and Career Progression at the Villa Group Timeshare division
As you might imagine there is a fair amount of training required in order to fill this role. While VLOs work with the Villa Group timeshare sales team they are both the last point of contact for the client before the finalization of a sale, and the first point of contact after sales. It is with them that a client will as any last questions about the details of their membership before they sign their contract. This is why a VLO must know the memberships inside out and back to front – so they may provide clarity. Most good VLOs will have an email address for clients to contact should they have any questions.

VLO jobs do not often come up as they are highly sought after in the timeshare industry. There are, however, always opportunities for advancement at some point or another and so a hardworking, skilled individual can easily start in the lowest position and rise as they grow within the industry. This may seem like a long way for a short-cut, so to speak, but often this is the best way.
